The Team
Alliance Project
The Hamer Hall redevelopment is an alliance between Arts Victoria, Major Projects Victoria, the Victorian Arts Centre Trust, architects Ashton, Raggatt, McDougall (ARM) and builders Baulderstone. This is the first time a public building has been delivered under the Alliance method in Victoria.
