Aphids Events Inc
Received $40,000 for:
Aphids to undertake a residency in Shepparton with community host Eastbank and the Shepparton Council. The project explores the nexus between traditional music making techniques and advanced new media technologies, engaging schools and members of the local African community to collaborate with artists David Young, Matt Gardiner and Eugene Ughetti.

Arapiles Community Theatre Inc
Received $18,800 for:
48 in the shade, a project where artist Lynne Kent will work with local artists and community groups to create a number of shadow performances and installations, to be presented as part of the Nati Frinj Festival.

Big West Festival
Received $30,000 for:
Four artists - Glenn Romanis, Jo Mott, Mark Cuthbertson and Jo Trevathan - to undertake work with different community groups to create a visual arts installation that will be presented at the Living Museum of the West.

Cooinda Family Support Group Inc
Received $16,257 for:
Artist Annie Edney to undertake a residency with Cooinda Family Support Services. Activities will include puppetry, mask-making, film and sculpture.
Long Gully Neighbourhood Centre Inc
Received $18,000 for:
Artist Ben Winspear to undertake a residency project, including the creation of a number of works that will enliven a parkland area recently affected by fires after many years of drought.
Mildura Rural City Council
Received $25,000 for:
Mildura Arts Centre, to host a residency by the Old Van theatre company, who will produce a version of The Aussie Rules Taming of the Shrew in collaboration with local community groups.

Orchestra Victoria
Received $45,000 for:
A regional education program, mOVe! The program will deliver two day instrumental and orchestral workshops, culminating in a concert, to students in Bendigo, Traralgon, Shepparton, Hamilton, Mildura and Sunshine.
Regional Arts Victoria
Received $58,000 for:
A regional tour of Dust, developed over three years as a partnership between Donna Jackson and the Asbestos Diseases Society of Victoria. The production will travel to Sale, Geelong, Mansfield and Shepparton, using the framework of the existing production but accommodating local stories and performers in each location.

Youth Projects Inc
Received $16,830 for:
A project to support three artists undertaking a residency at the Hosier Lane base of Youth Projects Inc, an organisation that provides support services to homeless and drug addicted people.
