The Indigenous Arts Development program supports the development and recognition of Indigenous art and artists in Victoria.

Aims

The Indigenous Arts Development program aims to:

• to support career and professional development of Indigenous artists and art workers through distinct opportunities.
• to market Indigenous artists living in Victoria and profile market south-east Australian Indigenous art.

Categories

This program has three categories:

1. Indigenous Travel and Professional Development - supports professional and market development opportunities for Indigenous artists and arts workers across all art-forms.
2. Indigenous Visual Arts Residency Program - provides Indigenous visual artists or art-workers with vocational residencies.
3. Partnerships - supports a range of partnership opportunities which foster the development of Indigenous arts in Victoria.
