Key Arts Organisations

In 2010, Arts Victoria provided $37.8 million to 106 key arts organisations including festivals, museums and galleries, performing arts centres, performing arts organisations and industry and cultural development organisations. See a list of supported organisations here.

The following pages provides data on these organisations collected through an annual reporting process.

  • Funding from Arts Victoria represented around 13% of total revenue for the supported organisations.
  • Almost half of all income (46%) came from box office, merchandise and other earned revenue.
