Arts Victoria supports the arts and cultural industries to encourage excellence, develop good ideas, build audiences, encourage participation and improve facilities. This support is delivered through a suite of funding programs open to Victoria's artists and arts organisations.
The Victorian Government released a ten-year policy framework, Creative Capacity + Arts for all Victorians in May 2003. Arts Victoria's funding programs reflect the policy directions outlined in Creative Capacity +.
Arts Victoria reviews and updates its funding programs and guidelines on a financial year basis.
Details of the programs are outlined in the 2007-08 Funding Program Overview
booklet or by clicking on the program list on the left hand menu. Funding guidelines and application forms specific to each program can be downloaded from the
individual program pages.
Please note: many of the 2007-08 funding rounds are now closed. Please check application closing dates for each program.
