The Premier and Minister for the Arts launched the Government's Arts Policy, Creative Capacity +, arts for all Victorians in May 2003.
Creative Capacity + is a policy framework for the next decade that embeds the arts and culture in broader government strategies.
The Policy was developed through extensive consultation with the arts sector and the wider community, and takes a holistic approach to how the arts contribute to the strength of the state's community, culture and economy.
