Performances
These organisations offer performing arts experiences for school students of all ages. They offer experiences that challenge, and engage students in learning across the curriculum.
Some perform in arts venues, others tour to schools. Most provide learning and teaching resources and/or workshops linked to the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) and/or the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS).

The Anti-Racism Action Band (ARAB) is high energy, socially challenging, artistically innovative performing arts project open to youth from any cultural background in Melbourne's Northern region based out of Victorian Arabic Social Services (VASS).

Artplay provides a setting for children and their families to come and broaden their education and skills by involving them in artistic, interactive and creative projects.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Arena Theatre Company creates contemporary live performances specifically designed to speak directly to children and young people aged 5 to 25. Arena offers voluntary positions to secondary and tertiary students seeking work experience in the performing arts. They also have digital teaching tools for secondary educators available on CD-ROM and Video.

Arts Centre Education Programs engage students and teachers across Victoria through high quality performances and exploration of the Arts. Its world-class programs include the Alfred Brash SoundHouse, Performances, Workshops and Professional Learning.
For almost 40 years, Regional Arts Victoria (RAV) has been touring the very best of the arts to schools in Victoria. RAV provides resources, programs and touring opportunities for regional communities, artists and organisations.

Back to Back has forged a distinctive artistic voice and a working process that supports its ensemble of actors with intellectual disabilities as its creative core. Theatre of Speed is an experimental centre for young people with intellectual disabilities in Geelong, an intensive work and training environment where no other exists.

Teachers and students will see an expanded programme of Shakespeare's works in schools and in theatres across Australia. Bell Shakespeare are pleased to introduce a third Actors At Work team to increase the reach of our in-school Education programme touring to schools nationally.

The Boite's main areas of concern are the encouragement of creative development, provision of professional performance opportunities for artists, encouragement of audience development, not only in numbers and box office takings, but in the development of awareness, knowledge and respect for the work of the artists, and a love of good music.
