Workshops and Residencies
These organisations offer a broad range of engaging participatory learning experiences in schools or at arts venues across the State. They vary from a one hour workshop to longer term school residencies. Most are linked to the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) and/or the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS).

The Anti-Racism Action Band (ARAB) is high energy, socially challenging, artistically innovative performing arts project open to youth from any cultural background in Melbourne's Northern region based out of Victorian Arabic Social Services (VASS).

Artplay provides a setting for children and their families to come and broaden their education and skills by involving them in artistic, interactive and creative projects.

Arts Centre Education Programs engage students and teachers across Victoria through high quality performances and exploration of the Arts. Its world-class programs include the Alfred Brash SoundHouse, Performances, Workshops and Professional Learning.
For almost 40 years, Regional Arts Victoria (RAV) has been touring the very best of the arts to schools in Victoria. RAV provides resources, programs and touring opportunities for regional communities, artists and organisations.

ACCA aims to make contemporary art accessible and interesting to a wide range of audiences. Schools, tertiary and community groups, as well as the general public can participate in a range of activities linked to exhibitions and involving contemporary art, artists and ideas.

Back to Back has forged a distinctive artistic voice and a working process that supports its ensemble of actors with intellectual disabilities as its creative core. Theatre of Speed is an experimental centre for young people with intellectual disabilities in Geelong, an intensive work and training environment where no other exists.

Education programs at BFAG include tours, workshops and lectures for students which support and enrich classroom practice and extend knowledge and understanding of the permanent collection and temporary exhibitions.

Teachers and students will see an expanded programme of Shakespeare's works in schools and in theatres across Australia. Bell Shakespeare are pleased to introduce a third Actors At Work team to increase the reach of our in-school Education programme touring to schools nationally.
