Victoria - The Place To Be

New Work

This category supports professional artists to create new work in collaboration with Victorian communities.

The role of the professional artist/s and the artistic dimension must be central to the project; and the outcomes should be significant for the participating community.

Projects may involve a single art form or a combination of art forms, and can include new and experimental forms.

Proposals to the program must demonstrate capacity to develop a collaborative relationship between the artist/s and a defined community group.

Funding is for fixed-term projects and it is expected that there will be a finished work.
