Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Test Drive the Arts patrons.
Venue or performance specific conditions also may apply. Any additional conditions are specified within the Terms and Conditions below.
- You must be 18 years or over to participate in Test Drive the Arts.
- You must be a Victorian resident to participate in Test Drive the Arts.
- Tickets for Test Drive the Arts are subject to availability.
- The number of tickets reserved for Test Drive the Arts is at the discretion of the performing arts venues or companies.
- Eligibility for Test Drive the Arts is conditional on not having attended a live performance at the participating performing arts venue or company in the last 3 years. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of the venue or company.
- By entering Test Drive the Arts and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorise Arts Victoria to share your information with any performing arts venue or company participating in the Test Drive the Arts program. You also consent to (a) Arts Victoria sending you the Test Drive the Arts newsletter by email (b) Arts Victoria and/or participating arts venues or companies communicating with you by email to in relation to special offers and discounts for future performances and to keep you informed about forthcoming arts events.
- Please choose carefully the performance you want to attend. Complimentary Test Drive the Arts tickets are only issued once to any individual.
- While Arts Victoria will endeavour to ensure that every individual who participates in Test Drive the Arts receives a set of free tickets, this may not be possible due to ticket availability and demand.
- You may receive other special offers from the performing arts venue or company.
- Tickets are not for re-sale although they may be transferred to another person.
- Transferred ticket holders must meet the same eligibility criteria for Test Drive the Arts and must advise the venue of their contact details.
Disclaimer: Responsibility for performances and events lies with the organisation that issues the ticket for the event or performance. The State of Victoria accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury incurred or suffered by any person arising out of the person's participation in Test Drive the Arts or any performance or event associated with Test Drive the Arts.
